Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation

We understand that schedules change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and the healer's dedicated time.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation with Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2. Late Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of your payment will be refunded to you.
Cancellation within 1 Hour or No-Show: Cancellations made less than one hour before the session start time, or a failure to attend the session (no-show), will result in a 50% charge of the session fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

3. Special Circumstances

Compassionate Consideration: We are compassionate and understand that life can present unforeseen emergencies (e.g., serious illness, family emergency). In such special circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Amit Shinde, a full refund may be considered. Please contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation.

4. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
