1. Acknowledgment of Service Nature

amitshinde.online, operated by Amit Shinde, provides spiritual, energetic, and holistic guidance services, including but not limited to Pranic Healing and Angelic Healing. These services are non-medical, non-psychological, and are considered complementary wellness practices.

2. No Guarantees of Results or Outcomes

You expressly acknowledge and agree that amitshinde.online and Amit Shinde make no guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any kind, express or implied, regarding the results, outcomes, or effects of the services provided.

Your results are entirely subjective and based on your personal perception, faith, openness, and personal effort. Spiritual and energetic experiences cannot be measured by tangible or empirical means. Therefore, there is no objective standard by which "success" or "satisfaction" can be judged. You agree not to contest the services based on your subjective perception of the results or a lack of satisfaction.

3. Important Notice: The Nature of Healing

Remember, it's no magic - I don't hold a magic wand. You must understand that it's part science, part biology, and a big part confidence and faith you have in yourself. We will give you the necessary boost to achieve things. Once you achieve, it's only then we call it a miracle. Miracles happen only after hard work, truth, and righteousness.

The services are intended to empower you and support your personal journey. They are not a quick fix or a substitute for your own active participation and effort in your life.

The services provided do not involve the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, mental disorder, or medical condition.

Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information or insights you receive during a session.

5. No Refund Policy Based on Resource Allocation & Session Commitment

By booking a session, you are reserving a dedicated time slot and committing the spiritual and energetic resources of Amit Shinde. This allocation is exclusive to you and cannot be resold or reallocated at short notice.

Therefore, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is strict and will be enforced. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, will result in a forfeiture of 50% or more of the session fee, as detailed in our Refund Policy. This is a direct result of the committed resource being unable to be utilized elsewhere.

6. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You accept full and complete responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the sessions. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your participation in the services.

7. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Amit Shinde, amitshinde.online, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or any other perceived harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Amit Shinde or amitshinde.online be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
any conduct or content of any third party related to the services;
any content obtained from the services; and
unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Entire Agreement

This Disclaimer, along with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between you and amitshinde.online regarding the Services, superseding and replacing any prior agreements.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
